How long will the flowers last?

Our floral arrangements are carefully crafted using fresh and high-quality flowers. With proper care, our flowers can typically last between 7 to 10 days.

Can I customize a floral arrangement?

Yes, we offer customization options for our floral arrangements. Please drop us an email at hello@floraette.com to discuss your specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Does the item I receive match what is depicted in the image?

Despite our efforts to replicate the showcased arrangements, the use of seasonal flowers introduces the possibility of variations in availability, color, size, or shape for each stalk. Occasional substitutions may become necessary.

Should any product within a gift set be unavailable or out of stock, we assure you that it will be substituted with an item of equal or higher value. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed in either scenario.

When can I expect my order to be processed?

An automated email will be sent to you once your order has been processed. Kindly allow us a minimum of 24 hours to respond with a confirmation or address any inquiries you may have.

What If i need to modify my order?

Can i change the delivery date and time for my order?

If I wish to cancel my order, can I expect a refund?

We regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the payment has been verified. If there are specific concerns or changes needed for your order, please reach out to us as early as possible, and we will do our best to assist you within the scope of our policies.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an incorrect order has been sent. If you encounter any discrepancies, please reach out to us promptly, and we will work towards a resolution. Please be advised that Floraette holds the right to cancel, refund, or exchange any order at its sole discretion in the event that we are unable to contact you.
