DELIVERY

FLOWER DELIVERY OPTIONS 

Deliveries are accessible everyday from:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00am - 6.00pm

We offer two delivery options: Standard Deliveries, and Expedite Delivery (Specific Timing).

All standard deliveries will occur within the designated time frame. Please note that unavailable delivery slots (e.g., fully booked or blackout dates) won't be visible during checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience as our goal is to fulfill all orders promptly.

DELIVERY CHARGES 

Complimentary pickup are available at our Studio, 10B Bendemeer Road. 

Standard Deliveries are at $15 flat rate or $18 flat rate during festive seasons.

Expedited Deliveries for specific timing will be charge at $25.

REDELIVERY CHARGES 

If there is no one available to receive the delivery, we will contact either the sender or recipient to seek approval for leaving the flowers in a secure location. In cases where both the sender and recipient cannot be reached, and unless explicit instructions are given to leave the flowers outside the delivery address, we will arrange for a re-delivery. A re-delivery charge of $20 will apply in such instances. Please ensure that all provided information is accurate to prevent any charges for redelivery. 

STUDIO PICKUP 

Monday to Saturday, 11:00am - 5:00pm 

PEAK SEASONS 

Extra fees may apply for deliveries on Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and certain eves of or public holidays.
